Key Features
Dual Operation Modes
Support Rotary Guide bush/Without guide bush changeable modes. When using rotary guide bush mode, it is suitable for processing shaft workpieces with a single feeding length of 230mm and support for multiple feeding. The tail material length is 220mm. When using without guide bush mode, it is suitable for processing short workpieces with a length to diameter ratio of less than 1:2.5, minimizing tail material length to 70mm.
Advanced Spindle Technology
Adopting Japan oil cooled electric spindle technology, independently designed and developed. Features stronger rigidity and torque force with more stable processing accuracy compared to other electric spindles of the same power. Uses NSK bearings to extend spindle life and radial stability.
Efficient Chip Management
The waste collection system features a separation platform for chip collection, allowing cooling oil to undergo preliminary buffering and cooling. The 340L cutting oil tank is equipped with multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles to extend return path and maximize oil chip separation.
Flexible Workpiece Ejection
Standard front discharge product collection. For workpieces less than 115mm, use front material receiving box with built-in conveyor belt. For products longer than 90mm, rear discharge method ejects product through sub spindle center.
Expandable Capabilities
DT38-5 II model supports plug-in expansion modules for both main and sub spindle rotary tools. Optional B-axis upgrade enables 0-120° linkage rotation for complex angle hole processing and milling operations.

Raw Material Requirements
- Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
- Material diameter tolerance consistency within ±0.02mm
- Material roundness tolerance consistency within 0.005-0.01mm
- Material straightness within 0.35mm/m
- All bar materials require chamfering at both ends
- Large-diameter and irregular materials require tail turning for bar feeder compatibility
- Prior declaration required for material hardness above HRC28 degrees
