Key Features
Rotary Guide Bush/Without Guide Bush Changeable Modes
Supports both rotary guide bush mode for shaft workpieces (single feeding length 150mm, multiple feeding supported, tail material length 220mm) and without guide bush mode for short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5 (tail length 70mm).
Internal Oil Cooled Electric Spindle
Japanese oil cooled electric spindle technology with independent design and development. Features stronger rigidity and torque force compared to same-power electric spindles, with more stable processing accuracy. Uses NSK bearings for extended spindle life and radial stability.
Advanced Scrap Collection & Cooling System
Separation platform for chip collection with preliminary buffering and cooling. 340L cutting oil tank with multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles for optimal oil chip separation and temperature control.
Flexible Workpiece Ejection
Standard front discharge for workpieces under 90mm using built-in conveyor belt. Rear discharge option for longer workpieces through sub spindle center.

Raw Material Requirements
- Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
- Material diameter tolerance consistency within ± 0.02mm
- Material roundness tolerance consistency within 0.005-0.01mm
- Material straightness within 0.35mm/m
- All bar materials require chamfering at both ends
- Large-diameter and irregular materials require tail turning for bar feeder compatibility
- Prior declaration required for material hardness above HRC28 degrees
Material tolerance can be adjusted according to actual product accuracy requirements.
