Raw Material Requirements for Long Bar Materials Processing
- Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
- Consistency of material diameter tolerance within ± 0.02mm
- Consistency of material roundness tolerance within 0.005-0.01mm
- Straightness of the material within 0.35mm/m
- All bar materials need to be chamfered at both ends
- Large-diameter and irregular materials require tail turning for bar feeder compatibility
- When material hardness is higher than HRC28 degrees, prior declaration is required
The above are the regular requirements of raw materials for the Swiss CNC lathe, and the material tolerance can be relaxed/tightened according to the actual product accuracy requirements.
Quality Assurance and Technical Support
The warranty period for the equipment is one year from the date of final acceptance by the Buyer before shipment. Under normal use, there is a free service warranty for damage. If the equipment is damaged due to improper use by the buyer, the supplier will only charge material fees within one year, and material and labor fees will be charged after one year.
Service Commitments
- Pre-sales service: Free basic training for technical personnel at the factory for CNC lathe operation, debugging and maintenance learning.
- In-sales service: Personnel sent to buyer's factory for free basic training upon equipment arrival.
- After-sales service: 24-hour response for on-site resolution requirements after fault determination.
- Technical support: Remote technical guidance for difficult parts and programming assistance with reasonable costs.
