Key Features of Swiss Type CNC Lathe
Rotary Guide Bush/Without Guide Bush Changeable Modes: Supports both processing modes. Rotary guide bush mode is suitable for shaft workpieces with single feeding length of 230mm and multiple feeding capability. Without guide bush mode is ideal for short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5, minimizing tail material length.
Internal Oil Cooled Electric Spindle: Features Japan oil cooled electric spindle technology with independent design and development. Provides stronger rigidity, torque force, and stable processing accuracy compared to similar power spindles. Uses NSK bearings for extended spindle life and radial stability.
Advanced Scrap Collection System: Features separation platform for chip collection with preliminary oil chip separation. Includes 340L cutting oil tank with multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles for extended service life of oil pump.
Flexible Workpiece Ejection: Standard front discharge for parts under 115mm via built-in conveyor belt. Rear discharge option available for parts over 90mm through sub spindle center.
Plug-in Expansion Modules: DT38-5 II supports plug-in expansion modules for both main and sub spindle rotary tools. Optional B-axis upgrade provides 0-120° linkage rotation for complex angle hole processing and milling operations.

Raw Material Requirements for Long Bar Processing
- Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
- Material diameter tolerance consistency within ± 0.02mm
- Material roundness tolerance consistency within 0.005-0.01mm
- Material straightness within 0.35mm/m
- All bar materials require chamfering at both ends
- Large-diameter and irregular materials require tail turning to match bar feeder collet
- Prior declaration required for material hardness above HRC28 degrees
