• Dual Operation Modes: Support Rotary Guide bush/Without guide bush changeable modes. When using rotary guide bush mode, suitable for processing shaft workpieces with single feeding length of 195-200mm and support for multiple feeding. When using without guide bush mode, ideal for processing short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5.
• Advanced Spindle Technology: Adopting Japan oil cooled electric spindle technology with independent design and development. Features stronger rigidity and torque force compared to other electric spindles of same power, with more stable processing accuracy. Uses NSK bearings to extend spindle life and radial stability.
• Efficient Chip Management: Scrap collection tank with large capacity 250L cutting oil tank. Multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles extend return path and separate/filter oil chips effectively. Reduces debris entering oil pump and extends service life.
• Flexible Workpiece Ejection: Standard front discharge product collection. For workpieces less than 90mm, front material receiving box with built-in conveyor belt. For products longer than 90mm, rear discharge method through sub spindle center.
• Modular Expansion Capability: Comes standard with 2 ER11 + 2 ER16 tool positions. Supports modular expansion functions with additional functions and tool positions available as options.
• B-axis Rotary Live Tools: B-axis rotary live tools with rotatable angle from main spindle, achieving linkage rotation of 0-90°. Capable of one-time processing for multiple angle holes and workpieces requiring B-axis linkage milling. Rotary tools can be replaced with boring cutter as needed.

• Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
• Consistency of material diameter tolerance within ± 0.02mm
• Consistency of material roundness tolerance within 0.005-0.01mm
• Straightness of material within 0.35mm/m
• All bar materials need to be chamfered at both ends
• Large-diameter and irregular materials require turning the tail to match bar feeder collet
• When material hardness higher than HRC28 degrees, prior declaration required

The above are regular requirements for raw materials. Material tolerance can be relaxed/tightened according to actual product accuracy requirements.
