Polished/fine-drawn materials recommended with maximum bar length ≤3M
Material diameter tolerance consistency within ±0.02mm
Material roundness tolerance within 0.005-0.01mm
Material straightness within 0.35mm/m
Both ends of all materials must be chamfered
Large diameter and special-shaped materials may require tail turning for feeder compatibility
Materials with hardness above HRC 28 must be declared in advance
