- Dual Processing Modes: Rotary guide bush mode supports shaft workpieces with 230mm single feeding length and multiple feeding capability. Without guide bush mode ideal for short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5.
- Internal Oil Cooled Electric Spindle: Japanese oil cooled electric spindle technology with independent design, providing superior rigidity, torque force, and stable processing accuracy. Features NSK bearings for extended spindle life.
- Advanced Scrap Collection: Separation platform for chip collection with preliminary oil chip separation. 340L cutting oil tank with multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles.
- Flexible Workpiece Ejection: Standard front discharge for parts under 115mm via built-in conveyor belt. Optional rear discharge for parts over 90mm through sub spindle center.
- Plug-in Expansion Modules: Supports plug-in expansion modules for both main and sub spindle rotary tools. Optional B-axis upgrade provides 0-120° linkage rotation for complex angle hole processing.

Raw Material Requirements for Long Bar Processing
- Recommended use of polished/precision drawn materials with single bar length ≤ 3M
- Material diameter tolerance consistency within ± 0.02mm
- Material roundness tolerance consistency within 0.005-0.01mm
- Material straightness within 0.35mm/m
- All bar materials require chamfering at both ends
- Large-diameter and irregular materials require tail turning to match bar feeder collet
- Prior declaration required for material hardness above HRC28 degrees
