JIANKE ZR20-3II 3 Axis Single Spindle Swiss Type CNC Lathe Machine for High Precision Turning and Milling. ZR series are Swiss high-speed precision CNC lathes with turning and milling capabilities, designed as high-precision, wide-range practical processing equipment.
Brief Introduction: This machine tool is specifically designed for "slender shaft" parts with relatively large length-to-diameter ratios. It excels in high-volume, multi-variety, and high-precision machining tasks of "small" and "abnormal" parts. Widely used across various industries including medical, automotive, motorcycles, communications, refrigeration, optics, home appliances, microelectronics, electronics, watches, and mobile phones for complex machining of precision shaft parts and small components.
Functions: The ZR20-3Ⅱ Swiss CNC lathe can handle bar materials ranging from Ф3mm to Ф20mm. Equipped with 5 external turning tools, 4 end face machining tools, and 4 side power tool heads, it enables single-clamp operations including turning external circles, cones, arcs, curved surfaces, internal and external threads, milling grooves, cutting slots, spiral grooves, end face side drilling, boring, end face side tapping, and lettering. This comprehensive capability reduces clamping times, shortens the product manufacturing process chain, and improves both processing accuracy and production efficiency.
