Brief Introduction
ZR series are Swiss high-speed precision CNC lathes with turning and milling capabilities. These high-precision, wide-range processing equipment are ideal for "slender shaft" parts with large length-to-diameter ratios. Suitable for high-volume, multi-variety, high-precision machining of small and abnormal parts.
Widely used in medical, automotive, motorcycle, communications, refrigeration, optics, home appliances, microelectronics, electronics, watches, mobile phones and other industries for complex machining of precision shaft parts and small components.
Functions
ZR20-5 II CNC Swiss type lathe features a back-axis (counter-spindle) system with synchronized main and counter spindle rotation for efficient part backside processing. This equipment automatically completes outer circle turning, front drilling, front tapping, front boring, threading, grooving, horizontal drilling, milling, slot milling, radial tapping, cutting, back turning, back drilling, back boring, back tapping and other precision machining operations on carbon steel, stainless steel and copper shaft parts.
