Product Overview
The ZR20-5Ⅱ is a 5-axis double spindle Swiss type CNC lathe machine designed for high-speed precision machining. This integrated turning and milling system is specifically engineered for "slender shaft" parts with significant length-to-diameter ratios, making it ideal for high-volume, multi-variety, and high-precision machining of small, complex-shaped components.

Capabilities
The ZR20-5 II CNC Swiss type lathe features a back-axis (counter-spindle) system with synchronous rotation between main and counter spindles. Capable of automatic completion of outer circle, front drilling, front tapping, front boring, threading, grooving, horizontal drilling, milling, slot milling, radial tapping, cutting, back turning, back drilling, back boring, back tapping and other precision machining operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper shaft parts.
