The CS12-6 is a high-precision dual-spindle Swiss CNC lathe designed for efficient machining of small, complex parts with exceptional accuracy and reliability.

• Dual Operation Modes: Supports both rotary guide bush and without guide bush changeable modes. The rotary guide bush mode is ideal for shaft workpieces with single feeding length of 135mm and multiple feeding capability. Without guide bush mode minimizes tail material length to 40mm for short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5.
• Advanced Internal Oil-Cooled Electric Spindle: Features Japanese oil-cooled electric spindle technology with independent design and development. Provides superior rigidity, torque force, and stable processing accuracy compared to similar power electric spindles. Equipped with NSK bearings for extended spindle life and radial stability.
• Efficient Chip Management System: Integrated scrap collection tank with separation platform for preliminary oil-chip separation. Large 190L capacity cutting oil tank features multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles to extend return path, maximize oil-chip separation, ensure full cooling, and protect oil pump longevity.
• Flexible Workpiece Ejection: Standard front discharge collection with built-in conveyor belt for workpieces under 85mm. Optional rear discharge through sub-spindle center for longer workpieces exceeding 85mm length.
• Modular Expansion Capability: Standard configuration includes 1 ER8 + 3 ER11 tool positions. Supports modular expansion with additional functions and tool positions as needed, including 3 ER16 side rotary power tools (available as options).
